Until They Change What Is Within Themselves

This principle forms the cornerstone of this book. In this intellectual journey, change will not merely be an idea or dream but a way of life that steers the course of your future. I will share with you practical tools and experiences that will lead you to discover the hidden power within you, enabling you to see the beauty and goodness around you and invest in creating a life that aligns with your aspirations.
With these words, the author Saba Yahya Al-Iryani presents her book "Until They Change What Is Within Themselves: Keys to the Journey of Change" to the reader. The book includes guiding steps and exercises based on science and experience that will serve as a roadmap for the reader, opening doors to change in various areas of life: health, finances, and relationships. Each reader can take from it what suits them and fulfills their ambitions after distancing themselves from the enemies of change—fear, clinging to comfort zones, procrastination, and distractions—and arming themselves with focus, commitment, willpower, self-discipline, and determination, without forgetting to place their trust in God.
The author believes that true change is akin to an internal alchemical journey, undergoing stages of burning, transformation, and maturation until your self harmonizes with the new reality in peace. Ultimately, the best version of yourself is not just the one that overcomes crises, but the one that matures and emerges from the rubble to create a more beautiful life amid changing circumstances.
